1. Eligibility

4. Directory Approval

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove listings at our discretion.

  • Edit formatting for consistency.

  • Request verification of ownership.

  • Suspend or terminate listings that violate these Terms.

Acceptance into the Directory is not guaranteed.

5. User Accounts

Certain features may require an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

  • All activities occurring under your account.

  • Promptly notifying us of unauthorized use.

6. Reviews and User Content

Users may submit:

Payment does not guarantee rankings outside purchased promotional features.

9. Payments

If purchasing premium services:

  • Fees are listed before purchase.

  • Payments are processed securely.

  • Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled, if applicable.

  • Refunds are governed by the stated refund policy or applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

  • Design

  • Graphics

  • Logos

  • Software

  • Databases

  • Text

  • Search tools

is owned by or licensed to the Directory.

Except as permitted by law or these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Business names, trademarks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

11. License Granted by Businesses

By submitting content, you grant the Directory a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Display your listing.

  • Publish your images.

  • Promote your listing.

  • Index your content for search functionality.

  • Use submitted content for marketing related to the Directory.

This license ends when your listing is permanently removed, except where retention is required for legal or archival purposes.

12. Search Results

Search rankings may consider factors including:

  • Relevance

  • Location

  • Category

  • Completeness of listing

  • User engagement

  • Reviews

  • Premium promotional placement where clearly disclosed

We do not guarantee any particular ranking or visibility.

13. Third-Party Links

Listings may contain links to third-party websites.

We are not responsible for:

  • Their content

  • Their services

  • Their privacy practices

  • Transactions between users and third parties

Use third-party websites at your own risk.

14. No Professional Advice

Information within the Directory does not constitute legal, financial, medical, insurance, real estate, tax, or other professional advice.

Users should independently evaluate businesses before engaging their services.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Directory is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.

We do not guarantee:

  • Business performance

  • User satisfaction

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Directory and its owners, employees, affiliates, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Directory.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Directory shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the applicable service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or US $100 if no payment was made, whichever is greater, unless otherwise required by law.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Directory, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Directory.

  • Your violation of these Terms.

18. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content infringes your copyright, please provide:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work

  • A statement of good-faith belief

  • A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

We may remove allegedly infringing material while investigating.

19. Privacy

Your use of the Directory is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

20. Termination

We may suspend or terminate:

  • Access to the Platform

for violations of these Terms or to protect the integrity and security of the Directory.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of MA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in MA, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will become effective upon posting the revised Terms with a new effective date. Continued use of the Directory after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Directory regarding your use of the Platform.
